Breathe Like God — Return & Refund Policy

TL;DR

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
If you opened one pouch, that’s okay — you don’t need to send it back, but it’s non-refundable.
Any extra pouches must be unopened to qualify for a return.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
You cover return shipping unless we messed up.

1. Return Eligibility

This policy applies to all purchases made directly from Breathe Like God.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify.
Certain personal care products are subject to hygiene-based restrictions (see Section 4).

2. How to Start a Return

Email contact@breathelikeGod.com within the 30-day window.
Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
Our support team will send you return instructions and any required authorization.
Please package items securely to avoid damage during shipping.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges:
If you prefer an exchange, let us know when you contact support. Exchanges are subject to availability.

4. Non-Refundable Items

For health and hygiene reasons:

One opened 30-day pouch is non-refundable and does not need to be returned.
Any additional pouches must remain unopened to be eligible for a return.
Gift cards or promotional vouchers are non-refundable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email contact@breathelikeGod.com as soon as possible.
We may request photos or additional details to verify the issue.
Once confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by us or the item is defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
