Are BLG products safe to use?

Will it hurt to remove?
No. Both products are designed to peel off gently. If you have sensitive skin, wet the strip or tape slightly before removing — it comes right off.
Do the strips or tape have a smell?

Will the nasal strip fall off during the night?
Apply to clean, dry skin and it'll stay put all night. Moisturizer or oily skin can affect adhesion — just make sure your nose is clean before applying.
Does mouth tape work if you have a beard?
It depends on beard density. A light beard is usually fine — the tape sits on the lips, not the skin around them. A full beard may reduce adhesion around the edges.
Can I use these products with a CPAP machine?
Many CPAP users use mouth tape to prevent air escaping through the mouth — it's actually a common pairing. Always check with your sleep doctor if you have sleep apnea before making changes.
How do I apply the nasal strip correctly?
Clean and dry your nose bridge. Peel the strip, center it over the widest part of your nose, and press down firmly on both sides. You'll feel it open your nostrils immediately.
