Our Story
I didn't set out to create anything new. I actually want to bring people back to the old. To the original design.
I'm not a perfect human — I'm far from it, trust me. A part of me is even scared to put my face out there as the founder, because of the scrutiny that naturally follows, especially being a faith-inspired brand. But if you're reading this, that means you want to know. So here it goes.
I started really reading the Bible in 2025. I'd grown up ignoring it, despite knowing deep down I should pick it up. I'll spare you the details of that journey — for the sake of time, and your attention span — but when I finally did pick it up, I was fascinated by how intentional, how accurate, how powerful scripture actually is. I started paying attention to every detail, every word, doing deep dives into Bible study whenever I could.
One day, a girlfriend sent me a sermon on YouTube. The guy preaching said: "In Genesis 2:7 it says, 'Then the Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.'"
I was washing dishes at the time. I rinsed my hands and rewound it.
"Breathed into his nostrils." Nostrils? Nostrils. Pause.
I googled Genesis 2:7 in every translation I could find. Almost all of them said nostrils.
I'm a wellness girl — I already knew about the benefits of breath, of nasal breathing specifically. I had no idea it was specified in scripture. I was impacted. Clearly.
I've struggled with a deviated septum and lethargy my whole life. I'd used the traditional pharmacy strips to help, and honestly, I was always frustrated with how poorly they worked. When I started my journey with the word and found this verse, I knew I had to bridge scripture with awareness of how important nasal breathing is.
The first indicator is the verse itself. The rest is science.
Breathe Like God is like a wearable wellness devotional — made to help you breathe through your nose, and remind you of how you were made. In his image, with purpose, with intention, with love.

Mission
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: help people breathe the way they were intended to.
Before Breathe Like God, the name was almost Inspired Genesis — meaningful, intentional, sounds beautiful. (Side note: inspire, in Latin, literally means "to breathe into.") But sounding beautiful wasn't the point. Empowerment is.
Beyond a clever brand name, we are spreaders of truth.
Our mission is to wake people up. To remind them of the strength already in their bodies. To reconnect them with presence, endurance, rest, resilience — everything a proper breath can fuel.
Our mission is to help as many people as possible, and inspire others to do the same.
